What You Bring 58+ years hands-on Workday Financials experience (post-go-live enhancements, not only project-based). Strong expertise in French GAAP, IFRS, and Workdays multi-book/multi-ledger capabilities. Deep understanding of FDM/worktags, account posting rules, journals, and financial domain configuration. Experience producing or supporting FEC files and local statutory audit requirements. Familiarity with Frances 2026 e-invoicing mandate and structured invoice formats (Factur-X/UBL/CII). Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills. Full professional proficiency in French and English. Nice to Have Workday certifications (Financials, Reporting, Studio/EIB). Big Four audit experience Candidates must have directly supported external audits led by Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG for French GAAP statutory accounts. They should clearly explain their role, what they owned end to end, and the types of requests and evidence they handled for auditors. 2. Workday plus French GAAP ownership French GAAP numbers must have been produced in or from Workday, not handled entirely offline. We need clarity on whether this was done via multi book, alternate ledger, reporting, or a combination, and which Workday modules were in scope for close and reporting. 3. IFRS to French GAAP adjustments Candidates must have personally managed recurring IFRS to French GAAP adjustments at period end. They should be able to list the adjustments and explain which were automated via posting rules versus booked as manual journals. 4. Month end close blueprint and SSC handoff A key deliverable is building a documented month end and year end close blueprint for French GAAP and training a Finance Shared Service Center to take over the process. Candidates should have prior experience creating close playbooks, training SSC or local teams, and supporting a handoff model. Candidates who were only involved at a configuration level, were not directly audit facing, or did not own the accounting logic and close process will not be a fit. Please structure candidate summaries to explicitly address each of the four areas above so we can avoid follow up clarification.
