Job Title: Testing Analyst (IBC) Location: Philadelphia Onsite Duration: 2/1/23 5/1/24 Rate: $45/hr on C2C Note: Additional skills - Software Testing, Test Cases, Test Automation Visa- No H1B Skill Examples to use in write up: 1. Ability to Create, Review and manage a test plan 2. Ability to prepare schedules based on estimates 3. Ability to track, report progress and take corrective measures on need basis 4. Ability to identify test scenarios and prepare RTM 5. Ability to analyze requirement/user stories and prioritize testing 6. Ability to carry out RCA 7. Ability to capture and report metrics 8. Ability to identify Test Data and Test Env. Specifications Knowledge Examples: 1. Knowledge of Estimation techniques 2. Knowledge of Testing standards 3. Knowledge of identifying the scope of testing 4. Knowledge of RCA Techniques 5. Knowledge of Test design techniques 6. Knowledge of Test methodologies 7. Knowledge of scope identification and planning 8. Knowledge of Test automation tools and frameworks Test Analyst Looking for Test Analyst to assess software quality through testing. The candidate is expected to have expertise in manual testing and also basic level experience/knowledge in automation (Selenium). Healthcare domain knowledge including claims knowledge is mandatory. Responsibilities : Review of software requirements Preparation of test cases Ensures that all tests are conducted and documented according the accepted standards Execution of tests Reporting of defects Should be able to pick up Test automation works during the course of engagement and hence should have aptitude for automation. Should be flexible to work during overlap hours up to 8:30 PM IST based on business requirements. Should attend offshore, onsite and client meetings as per the requirements. Should practice and exhibit USTs core values at work: humility, humanity, and integrity Required skills: 7 years minimum of software testing expertise with at least 1Year experience is US healthcare domain with claims working knowledge. Experience in healthcare domain with claims exposure is mandatory Basic knowledge /work experience of Test automation (Selenium) is required: Should be able to pick up Test automation works during the course of engagement and hence should have aptitude for automation. Preparing industry-standard test case, result execution & testing result reporting mechanism Hands on experience in Test management Tool - VSTS Azure DevOps good to have Proficiency in document and report writing Ability to work in a team Awareness of Software Development Life Cycle Logical and critical thinking skills Proficiency with Agile Development software Regards.
