Experience in the duties and role of marketing. Experience in managing technical projects with various technologies and third-party integrations. Experience with translating business needs into written business requirements and use cases. Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to influence without authority. Highly adaptable in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment; able to thrive within ambiguity. Comfortable acting as an intermediary between technical matters and business partners / end users. Comfort level and success working in agile environments. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with product managers, data, and marketing professionals. Understanding of the marketing technology environment and how it is used to support digital marketing best practices. Detail oriented and possesses exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or Finance is preferred Experience with Microsoft products including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, One Drive, and Office 365 is desired.
