(Logic Apps, Function Apps, Cosmos DB, Storage Account) The Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, test, maintain, and enhance APIs. The focus of this digital development team is to advance our digital shopping and loyalty program capabilities within the Meijer mobile app and our eCommerce website(Meijer.com). Mid-level Engineers should be 4-6 yrs. of experienced What You'll be Doing (Responsibilities): Designs, codes, tests, and implements applications. Microsoft Azure (Logic Apps, Function Apps, Cosmos DB, Storage Account) Performs unit tests, monitors results, and takes required corrective actions as needed. Optimizes and enhances applications and interfaces to meet SLA/functional requirements. Works within the SAFe Agile framework and utilizes CI/CD best practices. Assists product owners in systems analysis and creation or updating of documentation for all business processes. Interfaces with the Product Ownerand IT partners to develop acceptance criteria for features and user storiesand ensures acceptance criteria are met. Participates with other ITmembers, customers and other stakeholders in new product reviews, tests andpilots. Performs feasibilitystudies/proofs of concept to evaluate solutions. Participates in structuredwalk-throughs, secure coding, and technical reviews ensuring application codingand design follows secure coding and design principles. Assists in the production supportand maintenance of applications. Actively participates in all teamAgile ceremonies. What You Bring with You(Qualifications): Bachelors degree or equivalentcombination of education, training and experience. Experience on Agile teams inAgile development environment. SAFe certification or training is preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience insystems development and programming (.NET, C#, Azure: Logic Apps, FunctionApps, CosmosDB, Storage Account, and Restful APIs) Experience with POSTman, Swagger,GIT source code control, and experience a variety of design patterns.
