Role : z/OS Developer or Z/OS Programmer Location : Remote Duration : Long-term Contract Visa : USC or GC Job Description : z/OS Systems Programmer The client needs to be a senior Z/OS developer. The developer will be responsible for the following: 1.Someone who can install Z/OS from scratch. 2.Put the order into ShopZ. 3.Download it to the mainframe and look at the maintenance pre & post requisites. 4.Put it on the Tech LPar and get it ready. 5.Installing and making sure all the tpf and smp stuff is ready. 6.Upgrading from 2.3 to 2.5 because both 2.3 and 2.4 are going to be end of life in September.
