| From: Shubham, USC Group [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Position: Server Engineer Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid) Only Local to MA/NH/RI Visa: USC, GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD H1B, TN and Strong OPT Important Skills Technical- Server upgrading, Microsoft 19, VMware Soft- Independent worker and problem solver Must Haves: Strong Server Engineer with at least 5 years of experience Windows 12 and Windows 19 OS Experience Has experience with In-place Windows Server building, updating, supporting, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to completion. Back-end infrastructure for VMware dont have to be a guru in VMware but can support and troubleshoot issues Knowledge of remote management of server infrastructure including out of band access technology Ability to resolve problems independently and ability to work successfully with minimal supervision in an atmosphere of multiple projects, shifting priorities, and deadline pressures Plus: Azure Experience would be a plus Citrix experience would be a plus MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Technical skills: Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019 experience building, updating, supporting, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to completion. Microsoft failover clustering VMware ESXi 7 experience standing up new hosts, building, supporting, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to completion. Must know the back-end infrastructure for VMware, needs to be able to build out a ESXi host and troubleshoot at hardware layer. Remote management of server infrastructure including out of band access technology Networking configuration of servers connected to copper and fiber network switches, for LAN and SAN connectivity. Server hardware including blade technology. Azure Experience would be a plus. Citrix experience would be a plus.
