Visa: No h1 No Opt CPT Why open: Company growth through COVID, automated concessions versus face-to-face transactions Day-to-day: Project management for the rollout of a product Handed pre-approved projects, HM is there in the background but wants to take those management pieces off her plate Hard Must Haves: Most important to her is overall knowledge of project management principles Organized, good communicators, flexible, not timid Able to work in high-volume environments Nice to haves: Technical background Less concerned with technical knowledge, can support and train Someone who wants to expand beyond project management and look into tech strategy or solutions Interview: First round with Program Manager- MS teams Second with IT Director- In-person if local Additional Notes : The entire team are based in Chicago and they need this person a couple days a week for an exposure standpoint Open to Project Specialists/Coordinators/BAs Keywords: information technology microsoft |
