This involves running extensive zero-delay and SDF simulations using gate level netlists. The candidate should have good hands-on experience with debugging any simulations failures and familiar with waveform debug based tools. ATPG : Candidate has 3-5 years experience with Mentor's Tessent based ATPG tool, especially for verification of Tessent DFT hardware related tests that includes chaintest, Stuck-at fault and Transition Fault model based testbenches. This involves running extensive zero-delay and SDF simulations using gate level netlists. The candidate should have good hands-on experience with debugging any simulations failures and familiar with waveform debug based tools.
