Location: Mountain View, CA/Day 1 onsite

Duration: Full Time/Contract

Day 1 onsite

MBIST : Candidate has 3-5 years experience with Mentor's Tessent based MBIST tools, especially for verification of Tessent MBIST hardware related tests that include MBISR and memory repair.

This involves running extensive zero-delay and SDF simulations using gate level netlists.

The candidate should have good hands-on experience with debugging any simulations failures and familiar with waveform debug based tools.

ATPG :  Candidate has 3-5 years experience with Mentor's Tessent based ATPG tool, especially for verification of Tessent DFT hardware related tests that includes chaintest, Stuck-at fault and Transition Fault model based testbenches.

This involves running extensive zero-delay and SDF simulations using gate level netlists.

The candidate should have good hands-on experience with debugging any simulations failures and familiar with waveform debug based tools.
