Software skills that include Microsoft .Net, C#, object-oriented programming, SQL, and HTML are essential. Below are additional skills that we use that ideally you have or could acquire if needed: The Microsoft technology stack. Specifically: C#, ASP.NET Core APIs, WPF, SQL Server, Entity Framework, Microsoft Office, Visual Studio; an understanding of how this technology stack is transitioning to .NET 6/7 Cloud platform exposure (preferably Microsoft Azure) and concepts such as App Services, App Registrations, Azure SQL, security with Azure AD and MS Graph; deploying to an Azure cloud environment through YAML pipelines UI / client development skills including MVVM Mobile app development, particularly Xamarin Forms and transitioning to .NET MAUI Data and ETL skills, including SQL, SQL Server, Databricks, and Snowflake Potentially other development platforms such as python, Power BI, other data analytics 1. An understanding of Agile delivery methodologies for technology solutions 2. Knowledge of the asset management business, preferably in distribution and marketing 3. Experience of working in a development team and collaborating with IT and business partners to build out requirements for innovative solutions 4. An enthusiasm for software development and acquiring new skills & knowledge, both in the tech and investments arenas 5.
