Building kpis, services, entities, Service Analyzers and Deep Dives. Supports troubleshooting of system and ITSI application related problems. Tune and configure ITSI services. Create custom KPIs Based Search & Fine-tune prebuilt Splunk ITSI KPIs, KPIs Based Search, and ad hoc KPIs. Integrate automation, application and systems monitoring. Experience in machine learning and predictive analytics. Roles & Responsibilities: Configure Glass Tables and custom Dashboards for various environments and applications. Building kpis, services, entities, Service Analyzers and Deep Dives. Supports troubleshooting of system and ITSI application related problems. Tune and configure ITSI services. Create custom KPIs Based Search & Fine-tune prebuilt Splunk ITSI KPIs, KPIs Based Search, and ad hoc KPIs. Integrate automation, application and systems monitoring. Experience in machine learning and predictive analytics. Architecting and deploying clustered/distributed Splunk Enterprise 8. x implementations. Hands on Experience to Create Dashboard Views, Reports and Alerts for events and configure alert mail. Good to have Splunk ITSI Admin Certification.
