Tax term C2C/W2 Job Role: Program Manager Location: Chicago IL (Hybrid) Duration: 6 months+ Comments: Location: Local to Chicago is preferred, but we can try to sub 1 nonlocal if they are strong. They are currently working 3 days onsite. Interview Process: 3 rounds (1st w. HM, then panel w. Leads, final w. VP) Project Details: The Program Manager, Guest Data and Experiences is responsible for evolving the development of Hyatts Guest and Customer data in support of innovative use-cases across the various hotel brands and unique travel and hospitality businesses within the Hyatt Hotels portfolio. Based in Hyatt's Chicago headquarters, this individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, data engineering, data science and machine learning, technology, and operations, to identify and prioritize opportunities for improving the guest experience through across the enterprise. This role may require some global travel, but it will be minimum. Tech Stack & Skills Needed: (5-10 years of exp) Strong Project Management / Program Management Strong Data Analysis and Reporting Previous experience working with GUEST Data is key! Strong consulting background is ideal. Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet Data integration across different hotels within Hyatt.
