Designs and develops a consolidated, conformed enterprise data warehouse and data lake, which store all critical data across Customer, Provider, Claims, Client and Benefits data. Candidate needs to manage processes that are highly complex and affects the greater organization. Designs, develops and implements methods, processes, tools and analyses to sift through large amounts of data stored in a data warehouse or datamart to find relationships and patterns. May lead or manage sizable projects. Participates in the delivery of the definitive enterprise information environment that enables strategic decision-making capabilities across enterprise via an analytics and reporting. Focuses on providing thought leadership and technical expertise across multiple disciplines. Recognized internally as the go-to person for the most complex Information Management assignments. Skills In general, all candidates would be required to have 8+ years of Technology experience Core Tech Skills Mainframe experience, using Cobol,JCL,DB2 and VSAM General SQL expertise on OLAP and OLTP database Experienced with Teradata SQL and Utilities Experienced with Postgres and DB2 SQL and Utilities Develop high quality database solutions Ability to do extensive analysis on complex SQL processes and design skills Ability to analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements 2+years of ETL experience Core Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to work independently on technical stuff Willingness to be flexible and adapt to changes Great interpersonal and communication skills Plus Skills Experience in the Health Care industry (Plus) Experience on newer database systems available in AWS ecosystem, Databricks would be a plus.
