Role: Sr. .NET Front End Developer Location: Albany, New York Duration: 30 Months Client: NY State Client Job ID#: HBITS-04-12568 Description Grants Management System - The grants bureau has been using an out-of-date grants warehouse to store data related to grants and applicants. This system must be updated as support is discontinued, and the system is failing. In addition to a new warehouse, the system must be integrated with grants gateway application as the Parks team uses the system for grants management. Revenue Application - This project will redesign and reengineer the current Revenue Application System at OPRHP using modern and supported hardware and software platforms, consolidating common system processes and leveraging automation to streamline the business processes. Duties This position will be an expert front-end web developer on the above listed projects, developing front-end aspects of the solutions that utilize webservices. As an expert developer we are looking for someone with design experience as well as the ability to mentor junior developers. Mandatory Requirements Experience (8+ Years) A programmer who specializes in, or is specifically engaged in, the development of World Wide Web applications, or applications that are run over HTTP from a web server to a web browser. Requirements This is an 100% Onsite 84 months experience in UI/UX design/development and mentoring of junior developers in UI/UX design principles, front-end development and related technologies 84 months experience in JavaScript and design patterns, CSS (SCSS), HTML 84 months experience in front-end design for web-based business applications using the following libraries and frameworks: Bootstrap, jQuery, AngularJS, .Net Framework 24 months experience working on projects for the public sector/government.
