Develop the Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test cases/scenarios, and Test Results prepared by the implementation vendor. Apply the strategic guidelines in test management activities. Perform rigorous design and technical reviews of vendor deliverables, including integration designs and configuration plans, to ensure quality, completeness, and adherence to the SOW and client operations. Coordinate and manage testing activities (including UAT) for the Workday implementation, track defects, report test progress, results, quality and defects, apply best practices & ensure all test phases are conducted according to the established timelines. Manage and prioritize defects identified during testing, working closely with vendor to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Ensure compliance is tested by reviewing that pay statements meet all state requirements, ensure pay scenarios include prior periods, FLSA, OT and state/local requirements calculations and all calculations.
