Position: Dynamics 365 Consultant

Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ Months

Mode of Intervieew: Phone and Video

Job Description:

What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position (please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis)

IT Support for recently implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 (SaaS) Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) product.

Serve as primary technical point of contact for the application - manage system provisioning, administration, data refresh and maintenance, inclusive for all Dynamics 365 environments.

Resolving support tickets, working with business and Ops team in providing solutions to issues raised.

System monitoring and raising alerts for unusual performance.

Set up war rooms for any P1/P2 issue and coordinating with business, IT and vendor for resolution of the issue.

Working with end user in understanding the issue in detail, replicating the issue in lower environment, and updating ticket logs accordingly.

Working with business stake holders for requirement gathering of future enhancements and taking part in planning/designing/solutioning sessions with vendor.

What does the ideal candidate background look like (ex: healthcare specific background specific industry experience etc.) What skills/attributes are required (please be detailed as to number of years of experience for each skill) What skills/attributes are preferred (what will set a candidate apart)

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

Prior experience of healthcare and application support preferred.

Basic knowledge of SQL.

Cloud knowledge and experience to perform cloud deployment will be add on

Basic knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management process.

Experience with MSFT Dynamics 365 RCM product (nice to have).

Experience with Service now support tool (nice to have).

Good writing and communication skills.

Flexible to work if required, to overlap India/US timings.

a. How many rounds 2-3

b. Video vs. phone Flexible, video will be preferred

c. How technical will the interviews be For one of the rounds, we will have our technical team gauge their technical expertise, so may assess their understanding of Cloud applications/SQL

d. When do you anticipate starting the interview process Open to start interview asap (week of 2/6 maybe tough due to application go-live)
