Gather and analyze technical and product information from various sources to document new or changing product functionality. Research experience required, ability to interview subject matter experts, comb WIKIs and other data sources for information related to a subject matter area, and consolidate into curate into meaningful documentation. Skills equiv. to 3-5 years in comparable position. Works with Product Manager, Project Managers, Systems Analysts and Programmers to create and edit application and systems documentation, user manuals, training courses, and procedures. Prepares proposals and technical reports. Expert knowledge of Excel, MS Word and Visio, along with general familiarity with Outlook and other MS Office applications is also required.
