In this role you will beresponsible to install, maintain, and upgrade IBM and 3rd Party products in amainframe z/OS environment using SMP/E and zOSMF. Requirement: Coordinatesacross support teams to quickly resolve Incidents and disruptions to technologyservices, performs root cause analysis, and takes preventative measures.
