Parks Avenue N., 20th floor Nashville, Tennessee 37243 Duration: 12 Months Description: We need a long-term Business Analyst as a Staff Augment with experience with Oracle PeopleSoft HR and Benefits - Implementation of changes related to Voluntary Benefits, such as: contemporary life plans and changes to long-term disability and dental coverage. The State of TN is implementing contemporary life benefits which include more employer subsidies and a different benefit structure. Also, we want to implement employer pay for long-term disability and a portion of dental insurances. We are looking for an Enterprise Application Consultant who can guide the project for these benefit plans system redesign. We anticipate this being a possible reduction in our current plans and modifications to employee plans. Plus changing the long-term disability from employee to employer-paid and changing dental from employee to portion employee/employer paid. The top necessary skills of this consultant are: Intimate working knowledge of Oracle PeopleSoft Fluid Benefits, Benefits Administration, Base Benefits, and Automated Benefits HR, Benefits and Payroll Configuration Knowledge Life Insurance product knowledge Ability to work proactively and independently Prefer familiarity with Gideon Taylor Forms Automation Product Familiarity with BI Publisher Consultant(s) shall provide their own device that meets our Standard Product List (which will be attached & discussed during the interview to ensure compliance with the standards list) with appropriate software, including up-to-date anti-virus protection and current Windows Updates. This must be a windows device (current version documented within the Standards document); MAC is not allowed. It is a policy of the State of Tennessee that all devices that will be accessing the State Network have some sort of anti-virus on them before they can connect. We will have the Desktop Support team remote into the device on the first day of this engagement so that the user can log in and we can scan the device for anti-virus. Once we have detected that there is anti-virus software installed, then we can load on the VPN software. GRID card is emailed to the consultant for logging into the VPN. The VPN account must be set up under their credentials for us to download and set it up the first time. We cannot get to those credentials without their password, which they must log in with. We do not allow our employees to have the customers password; it is considered a security violation. If it is ever determined to be needed for the consultant(s) to go onsite, they must seek prior approval from an Edison Manager or Supervisor to access State facilities between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM or on weekends or holidays.
