Strong working knowledge of MS Office and basic business application. 5. Strong Customer Support Skills. 6. Minimum 2 years desk side support services. 7. Basic knowledge of networks, telecom, and compute/storage. 8. Advanced knowledge of MacOS & iOS environment & administration. 9. Advanced understanding of the MacOS imaging & end-point deployment process. 10. Basic understanding of policy, user certificates and keychains design, management and deployment. 11. Advanced knowledge of mobile device support Job Description: 1. Provide Install Move Add Change (IMAC), Break-Fix and end user support activities as required. 2. Stage Build and Image systems with appropriate client image 3. Complete special projects as requested by Customer. 4. Provides technical training to more junior employees. 5. Perform data collection/preservation activities as they relate to integration, migrations and/or eDiscovery. 6.
