| From: Nitu, RCI [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Title : Service Now Admin Duration : 12+ Month Location : Remote Our Minimum Qualifications for this Role are: Experience with Vulnerability Response, ITSM, ITOM (CMDB and Discovery) modules of ServiceNow (required) Exposure to other NOW modules and the NOW platform itself (preferred) Minimum of 3 years of implementing ServiceNow solutions as a technical resource Ability to collaborate with the Cisco IT ServiceNow platform team that will be supporting our ServiceNow platform Ability to advise on options, risk and impacts on business processes, indicating continual opportunities to improve through digitization and automation Knowledge of IT application operations concepts, architecture & information security Demonstrated ability to influence and consult to garner the best step forward Regarded as a thought leader in solving technical problems or process components Ability to develop and maintain clear and concise technical & process documentation Demonstrated interpersonal skills, customer/client-centric attitude, and ability to deal with collaborate in a cross-functional team Nice to Have: Knowledge of ServiceNow FedRAMP platform and/or FedRAMP exposure in general Knowledge of domain separation concepts and implications in ServiceNow Keywords: information technology |
