The ServiceNow Developer will design, code, and troubleshoot applications. In addition to working on custom applications, the ServiceNow developer may manage the platform and infrastructure. As the ServiceNow developer you are in charge of creating ServiceNow solutions for an organization using JavaScript, Web Services, MYSQL, CSS, etc. The ServiceNow developer will also develop and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications and integrate it with other programs. As the ServiceNow developer you are in charge of analyzing system performance issues, providing expertise for all technical issues related to development and figuring out performance enhancements, where necessary. Lastly, As the ServiceNow developers you are in charge of configuring and creating custom workflows as well as performing code reviews to ensure that the quality standards are being met. Responsibilities of the ServiceNow developer o Create ServiceNow solutions for an organization using JavaScript, Web Services, MYSQL, and CSS o Develop and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications o Integrate ServiceNow applications with other programs o Analyze technical development requirements o Provide documentation and reports of the analyses o Identify any deficiencies within the applications and provide solutions for them o Deploy solutions in a test environment o Analyze system performance issues o Provide expertise for all technical issues related to development o Configure and create custom workflows o Perform code reviews to ensure that the quality standards are being met Competencies/Skill-Sets required: o The ServiceNow developers will have extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform as well as technologies such as JavaScript, HTML/CSS, MYSQL, and SQL. o The ServiceNow developer will have experience in API integrations with other systems and have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. o The ServiceNow developer will also have experience with the development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, etc. o The ServiceNow developer will have strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, mathematical, and analytical skills and are able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. o Required Skills Extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML/CSS Strong understanding of regional databases such as MYSQL and SQL Experience in API integrations with other systems Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban Experience with the development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules Strong troubleshooting skills Good mathematical and analytical skills Ability to communicate effectively Ability to work independently Additional Skills: Top 5 Mandatory Skills: CMDB, HAM SAM, enbonding, discovery integration, ITSM Vendor Call Notes Lead ServiceNow Programmer/ Senior Developer CTH 12 months and may convert sooner Has good exp working with configuration management in ServiceNow.
