The CSE works within the systems engineering function ensuring all aspects of the customer requirements are implemented and tested according to ISO21434 Dimension of Function Shall be part of cybersecurity team and report to cybersecurity domain manager. Shall be in liason with suppliers and OEM Contacts Project / Program Manager, Chief Engineer, Engagement Manager, partners and vendors Area of Responsibility Create/develop/implement Cyber Security strategies (process) and architectures in line with Regional Cyber Security Law (CSL) Be an expert in Risk Management, Security Incident Response Management, Network Security, Cloud Security, Endpoint Security, Industrial Control Systems, Public Key Infrastructures, Identity and Access Management process. As a capable point of contact, will establish and maintain relations to Europe/American Cyber Security interest groups Design & recommends cyber security process/solutions (on premise & cloud) to internal teams. Knowledge / Experience 2-7 years of experience in a cyber security position with technical cyber security expertise. Knowledge of UNECE R155, R156 and other cyper phsyical system relevant legislations Knowledge of GDPR Automotive, Aerospace or transportation development experience Completed, specialized university education of (business-) informatics or long-time professional experience and training measures acquired skills and competencies Evidence of recognized certification e.g. CISSP, CISM, CRISC or CISA Comprehensive project management experience in all Cyber Security-areas - from prevention, via Detection to Response Practical experiences in information security management as well knowledge in relevant norms and standards Intensive knowledge of Chinese/Europe/American Cyber Security law Knowledge of ISO21434, ISO26262 and ASIL Competences Customer Centricity - Ensures the delivery of exceptional customer service - BEGINNER Decision Making - Identifies and analyses information to make decisions and solve problems PROFICIENT Teamwork & Collaboration - Fosters a sense of teamwork, leverages differences, and facilitates the effective interaction and contribution of others to achieve goals PROFICIENT Developing & Managing Relationships - Develops and maintains constructive, open and honest relationships with others PROFICIENT Execution Excellence - Plans, executes and improves work processes to ensure achievement of business goals - BEGINNER Drive for Results - Demonstrates and fosters a sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving goals PROFICIENT Displays Global Perspective - Establishes and promotes effective business operations across multiple countries and/or regions and coordinates appropriately with the broader global business PROFICIENT Keywords: |
