| From: Vivek, Smartitframe [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Title: Firmware Test Lead Location: Sunnyvale, CA (100% onsite) Exp: 9 12 Years Roles & Responsibilities: Work with hardware engineering and technology teams to understand product design requirements and own definition of testing requirements & development of test systems Work closely with tech leads to define product KPIs and procedures to measure & test KPIs Experience in working with vendor and cross functional teams for HW issues triage, board bring up for consumer electronics Build test plan/infrastructure/test strategies as well as to help grow and develop new functionality. Experienced in estimating the scope and volume of work Build new teams and mentor junior / new members Required Skills (Technical Competency): Proven board bring-up and debug skills Good knowledge of peripherals such as USB, SPI, I2C, UART, GPIO etc Minimum 4 years of Test lead experience. Expecting technically hands on capabilities to identify issues and define solutions to test HW Experience with firmware testing environment (e.g. adb, UART, firmware update) Experience with test automation Good to have scripting language (Python, bash) Knowledge Understanding of Android bootloader, kernel, HAL and user space development Keywords: California |
