Title: Salesforce Lead Location: New York(Onsite) Duration: Contract role Job Description: 15 years overall experience with 5 years in Technical Architect role Salesforce product knowledge and Salesforce development experience Experience in APP Exchange products, Sales Cloud, INT Tools, Apex, LWC, Flows and JavaScript knowledge Expertise in providing advice on system architecture, API Integration, Application Design, Connected APPs, OAuth2.0 configuration knowledge, LWC, SSO Exp in driving technical design and development on various components of the solutions on APP Exchange products and Sales Cloud Certification Platform developer (Mandatory) Experience in Test Automation including planning, assessments, script development & maintenance with on- prem and cloud environment A proactive attitude to Salesforce enhancements, A good work ethic, ready to absorb best practice from the team, Developing solutions with best practice front of mind, Ability to interpret technical specifications, Create technical documentation Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements, Application development, including basic Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components, Assist with each release cycle to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code Creating timelines and development goals. Testing the stability and functionality of the application. Troubleshooting and fixing bugs. Desirable: Competency in HTML, XML, Flex, ASP, SQL, Java or C++, REST and SOAP-based web services, Familiarity with developing on other cloud platforms, such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services, Contribution to open-source projects, or personal projects in a good state of development, Demonstrates continued personal/professional development, Active in the Salesforce community. Process Skills: Escalating and supporting investigating of failures during testing/production Elaborated customer centric flows with suitable level of technical details (to bridge gaps between business & technology) with Customer Centricity in core. Identifying customer usability feedback and enhancing testing validations based on believed expectations of the customer Definition of engineering checks to validate system for resiliency (examples but not limited to data privacy checks, negative tests, services checks & boundary level conditions) Standardize interventions/dependencies for each scrum team as per customer journey Customer experience should be defined from Usability perspective as well (easiness to use portals across devices and error check mechanisms) Behavioral Skills: Familiar and comfortable with onsite/offshore working methods Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction Communication effectively with business users in case of SLA breach etc. Qualification: Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M.
