From: Shaik Saleem, Ark Infotech Spectrum [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Enterprise Architect (API) - Louisville, KY (Permanent remote) Description: Location: Louisville, KY (Permanent remote) Experience level: 7+ years Responsibilities: Articulate and evangelize Enterprise API logical architecture and patterns including any interim/transition states Lead creation of standard solution architecture patterns for Enterprise API consumers/providers Should have a good understanding of event driven architectures Should have a good understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture and API Gateways. Evangelize GraphQL/REST/Async API design, development and operationalization standards Experience creating technical strategies and be able to make technical decisions Define and enforce the process and guidelines of Enterprise API lifecycle management Lead and coach others towards enablement of contemporary engineering and agile practices Drive improvement in the velocity, scale, and sophistication of engineering solutions Experience with cloud technologies such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure Experience with poly-cloud environments, cloud services, and platform software Should have excellent communication skills The Enterprise Architect translates business needs into technical systems solutions and architectural roadmaps. The Enterprise Architect work assignments are often straightforward and of moderate complexity. The Enterprise Architect integrates hardware, software and network interfaces to form a system. Recommends products that will evolve the organization's technical infrastructure. Provides Professional leadership in developing the organization's technical and architectural staff. Understands own work area professional concepts/standards, regulations, strategies and operating standards. Makes decisions regarding own work approach/priorities, and follows direction. Work is managed and often guided by precedent and/or documented procedures/regulations/professional standards with some interpretation. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Progressive experience as a senior architect or technical lead in large IT projects spanning multiple enterprise systems. Design, development, and testing of software applications.
