LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY Financial Systems Trainer - RVAPAY Revenue Management System Financial Systems Trainer is responsible for providing training and support for the RVAPAY financial system during the rollout of the system and post production support. This position will work closely with staff, management and developers to identify training needs, develop and deliver training content, and ensure the successful adoption of financial systems across the organization. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. 5+ years of experience in financial systems training and support. Proficiency in Oracle financial systems and software desired Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Experience developing and delivering training materials and instruction for financial systems and software. Required 6 Years Experience creating and delivering trainers materials to users of Oracle ERP financial systems Desired 5 Years Experience ensuring staff and management understand the usage and capabilities of financial systems and software. Required 5 Years Experience monitoring and evaluating effectiveness of user training. Required 5 Years Experience working with users to troubleshoot system issues and provide feedback to developers for improvements.
