Project Management. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects tasks. Ensure that the projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor, track progress and create/maintain various trackers Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Report and escalate to management as needed. Manage the relationship with the client, vendor and relevant Business stakeholders. Perform risk management to minimize potential risks . Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs. Pharmaceutical R&D life cycle and supply chain knowledge would be preferred Knowledge in Pharma regulations, compliances, and stringent documentation requirements. A bachelor s degree with relevant Project management experience and certifications. To create work plans, monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity. To ensure process improvement and compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
