Required Skills : Layout Design, FinFet, Cad Tools, Cadence, Mentor Graphics, CMOS circuits Responsibilities Own any two or more tasks of the projects in RTL Design/Module Verification/PD/DFT/Circuit Design/Analog Layout/STA/Synthesis/Design Checks/Signoff, etc. The project POC for the client project and interface with the internal team Lead and drive the project team to complete the assigned tasks successfully and on-time in the domain(s) Lead the efforts to build a project plan and assign tasks to other leads and engineers. Own the project plans and drive the project(s) for successful completion. Anticipate, diagnose and resolve problems, coordinating as necessary with cross-functional teams Define the tasks of the team members and track for successful delivery.
