The chosen candidate will help create and maintain technology and process solutions with a focus on medium to high complexity, multiple large application business processes and/or business relationships Mandatory Skills- Looking for candidates who have 3+ years of related experience in Business Systems Analysis Experience with creating documentation, data\\process analysis, and requirements gathering for the application development Understand the business impact to IT and IT impact to business Experience with ITSM processes or tools in coordination with other IT processes and disciplines (e.g. software development, operations, infrastructure). Solid knowledge of relevant technology concepts (e.g. mainframe, client-server, relational databases, and web-based architectures) Proficiency in SQL, Scripting Must have a solid working knowledge of Business Intelligence concepts (e.g. reporting, querying software, OLAP, spreadsheets, dashboards, and data mining) Experience with Business Process Modeling tools Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Job Responsibilities- Work independently, use available resources to get unblocked, and complete tasks on-schedule by exercising strong judgment and problem-solving skills Analyzing client data/software for existing issues and ensuring the best results for their business by utilizing the Agile methodology for resolutions/ releases. Consult with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives Working with System Architect/Product Owner to create / update system solutions user guides, SOPs Collaborate with business users and stakeholders through design and implementation, including needs analysis and system requirements Requirements Solicitation, creating systems requirements with detailed use cases and user stories. Collaborating with Developers to implement appropriate solutions. Collaborated with QAs to ensure appropriate testing. Preferred Skills not Mandatory- Experience in the Healthcare Industry is a plus.
