(REMOTE) Job Description: Job Duties The resource should perform the day-to-day tasks based on the work assignments assigned by the client manager. The resource should submit the timesheets by the end of each week without fail. The resource should comply with and complete all the training that are assigned Job Requirements Minimum of 1-2 years experience communicating and collaborating with business and technical users Support capturing the appropriate level of meeting minutes, and business requirements, analyzing the data/scenarios to communicate to technical team members what needs to be done to meet the business needs related to data The resource will also work in a junior capacity to manage business relationships/communications This role will work with project and service request teams to adequately capture and document data related project scope The candidate will also perform data analysis as part of the scope validation Create or update business requirements documentation to be used as input for QA teams or development teams Create process and data flow diagrams for data movement capture Work with assigned Data Architects or development team members related to data questions Work as a liaison between the business and project teams related to data questions or concerns Ensure assigned work is implemented within project schedules Strong organizational and planning skills Strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to communicate at all management levels and thrive in a cross-functional environment Strong interpersonal skills Technical Experience: (Must Haves) 2 years experience Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Access 1-2 years of Hands-on experience using JIRA and Confluence 1+ years of Understanding concepts of Datawarehouse or Data Lake .
