They need an experienced interim Project Manager to step in, provide strong governance, and keep delivery on track across internal teams and external partners. The local team in Bolingbrook has Business Analyst and Data Migration Specialist - this person will also help lead them. This role owns day-to-day project leadership for an active ERP implementation. Responsibilities include managing the project plan, RAID log, budget tracking, vendor coordination (Eque2), and executive reporting. The PM will lead cross-functional meetings, oversee system build and change requests, and prepare the solution for a May system walkthrough. This is a hands-on role requiring tight control of timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
