The strategic vision should be forward thinking and be aligned with Global Technology and Corporate Communication standards. The candidate will be responsible for creating a strategy and a common framework to unify the CTO site with various sites across the organization. Additional responsibilities include the development, testing and implementation of the intranet sites as well as any common components to be leveraged across the organization. Lastly develop a content management strategy, including process and tooling, to ensure that the CTO organizations content is maintained and relevant. Resign the CTO intranet site in alignment with GT and Corp standards. Create a common framework to unify the top level CTO site and the underlying Chief Product Owner sites. Drive integration strategy. Develop top level site. Develop common components. Drive content management requirements. User experience design and development of all CTO intranet sites. Plan and implement new designs Optimize existing UI designs Communicate with stakeholders to understand their goals and objectives Create prototypes and wireframes Drive collaboration across CTO to derive target state vision Drive peer groups to develop according to new design and standards Qualifications: 5+ years of UI-UX design Excellent communication skills in a work environment Detail oriented Self-starter Customer centered Microsoft Sharepoint development, MS Teams, MS Office Atlassian Confluence and Jira Content management tools Keywords: user interface user experience green card microsoft |
