The candidate will work with client's SAP APMe implementation team and must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities Expert in SAP Agent Performance Management enterprise edition software. Expert in commission and incentive plans used for external Producers. Expert in managing agent, membership, premium and commission information across multiple insurance products. Working knowledge of Producer Management, Compensation & Performance and Agent Connection modules. Utilize the technical knowledge to develop solutions and estimates. Lead discovery meetings, technical discussions and client presentations. Requirements 2 or more years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Agent Performance Management software. Experienced in commission calculations and payments. Experience in US health insurance is a plus Expectations from this role: 1. Develop technical documents such as Functional Design Specifications, Deployment documentation 2. Perform design document reviews, peer code reviews and suggest code improvements 3. A single point of contact for the build and deployment issues and resolve them on time 4. Learn technology, business/system domain and as recommended by the project/account Contribute to ERP/CRM Practice related activities like (but not limited to) assembling content for case studies, contributing to reusability, coordinating internal seminars and conduct knowledge sharing sessions, organizing sessions during and participating in hackathons, etc. 5. Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing, improving or reconfiguration of existing components. 6. Identify the problem patterns and improve the technical design of the application/system 7. Optimize efficiency, cost and quality. 8. A self-learner, implementing new features released in relevant technology wherever possible. 9. Act creatively to develop applications and select appropriate technical options, optimize application development, maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions. Responsible for others' developmental activities 10. Interpret the application/feature/component design to develop the same in accordance with specifications. 11. Code, debug, test and document and communicates product/component/feature development stages. 12. Validate results with user representatives, integrates and commissions the overall solution. 13. Influence and improve customer satisfaction through things like (but not limited to) offering suggestions for code refactoring and improvements in business processes. complete sprint deliverables ahead of time, helping client architects and product owners by way of design suggestions and/or explaining functionality to business stakeholders, etc 14. Influence and improve employee engagement within the project teams. 15. Set goals in NorthStar and timely. measure progress and update accordingly.Typical performance measures: 1. Number of applicable technical/domain certifications completed 2. Adherence to process and standards (coding standards) 3. Average time taken for turnaround on production bugs 4. Adherence to schedule and timelines 5. Number of Junior Leads who were guided and unskilled to lead a technical team.
