Primary Responsibilities Lead and Manage Procurement and Contract Renewal Activities Coordinate with Procurement, Legal, and Compliance Stakeholders Maintain Tracking of Renewals, Procurement Events, and Milestones Represent OIT in Procurement Meetings and Stakeholder Discussions Develop RFQs, RFPs, SOWs, and Related Solicitation Materials Facilitate Cross-Team Coordination to Complete Solicitation Packages Serve as Lead Project Manager for Vendor Implementations (COTS/MOTS) Manage Project Plans, Timelines, Deliverables, and Reporting Track Progress, Risks, Budget, and Contractual Obligations Serve as Technical POC for Contract Compliance and Technical Questions Maintain Documentation for Deliverables, Performance, and Audits Required Technical Skills Project Management Experience RFx Development Experience Business Analysis SOW Development Experience Procurement Experience Looking forward to work with you!
