Business Analyst/AI Product Manager || Hybrid in Bellevue WA Long term Contract || Only and US Job Description: AI-powered Sales Demo Simulation Platform Sellers are expected to deliver complex, high-stakes solution demos including Unify Your Data Platform, Finance Copilot, and Migrate & Modernize solution plays to senior customer stakeholders such as CDOs, CFOs, and technical decision-makers. These demos require sellers to seamlessly combine a compelling talk track with live screen navigation, all while adapting to dynamic customer questions in real time. Two core gaps undermine seller readiness today: No Scalable Practice Environment There is no structured, repeatable mechanism for sellers to practice demos before live customer engagements. Practice happens ad hoc, depends on manager availability, and is unguided meaning sellers receive little to no feedback on whether their talk track, screen actions, or customer handling meet the standard expected for each solution play. No Consistent Evaluation Framework Evaluation criteria for demo quality what a seller must say, show, and respond to are not codified in a way that can be applied consistently across teams. Without objective measurement, coaching is subjective, readiness is assumed rather than verified, and the same mistakes are repeated across customer engagements. Together, the absence of scalable practice and consistent evaluation creates a seller readiness gap: sellers entering customer conversations without sufficient rehearsal, leading to inconsistent demo quality, missed talking points, and reduced conversion rates across solution plays. Any major re-engineering of existing systems or bulk historical data migration beyond required integrations Post deployment support. Assumptions Timely access to required systems, environments, and tools will be provided by Microsoft Microsoft will provide backlog prioritization, product direction, and timely feedback Availability of subject matter experts and reviewers as required for review and approvals Dependencies on thirdparty systems, tools, or teams may impact delivery timelines and outputs The required roles and skill sets will be validated during the implementation phase.
