Set up and maintain data models/structures that would be the basis for analysis and work closely with client SME s to generate analytics reports. Set data dictionary and maintain data governance on the created structure Collaborate with IT system experts to ensure the IT systems are set up correctly to gather all relevant information and support the most effective data structures Maintain and extend existing Celonis data processing pipelines Perform process mining, data analysis and create engaging and interactive visualizations utilizing Celonis to locate and define new process improvement opportunities Work alongside both technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand business challenges to help design process mining initiatives and prioritize the product backlog Perform Gap Analysis, and work with internal stakeholders and SMEs to define future state strategy and desired processes Uses reason, reviews facts, identifies inconsistencies, and weighs options to make logical and timely recommendations Present findings and recommendations for decision making and strategic planning to all levels of management by telling a story of the data in an intelligible and engaging manner Be a trusted advisor for process improvement initiatives throughout the agency by providing objective, practical and relevant ideas Manipulate and analyze datasets using a combination SQL and Celonis to identify trends and anomalies Advances internal technologies and processes Triage and investigate user inquiries in support of the Celonis product Basic Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of Celonis experience Experience participating in end-to-end Celonis implementation projects 5 years of experience leading teams implementing process mining, process improvement, or process optimization solutions Experience working with relational databases and UNIX Shell Scripting Experience creating technical solutions for process automation Experience writing SQL queries Experience creating project documentation and presenting project updates/reports to all levels of an organization Preferred Skills: Experience with data mining principles, predictive and prescriptive analytics Experience designing and implementing process mining techniques on large data sets Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies a plus Keywords: information technology Pennsylvania |
