Client: Santander Bank Job Title: Technical/Systems Analyst: IV (Lead)- Location: Boston MA Hybrid and remote to non-local candidates Visa- No OPT/CPT Reviews analyzes and evaluates information technology systems operations. Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems. Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff. Identifies documents reports and tracks system issues. Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables. Actively works and resolves incidents and cooperates in projects enhancements implementations. Location: 100 Remote within the US Years of experience: 7 to 10 years of experience Technical experience: -InfoLease -SQL -UniData - Apache Tomcat -Pentaho -Windows/Linux.
