Position: 100% Remote Sr. Project Manager- Customer Experience Strategy Location: 100% remote Duration: 6+ Month C2H Job Description: CX1 PM- work with Director of Customer Service. Be the right-hand PM for this new Director to help drive strategy. Help to understand needs: from portal and discovery to design; allowing the portal to work for all services/systems Invoice presentation Purchasing Get service Develop an integration strategy and product roadmap Core Senior member, and thrive in ambiguity Put a release schedule in space. Might be some throw away projects in the meantime, before full strategy is in place. Governance set up will need to happen, this is a shared asset/system- drive support org. Requirements: 10+ years of experience working in a technical delivery organization (IT, infrastructure) 10+ years in a project management capacity Experience within Customer Experience group Experience with Strategy for CX Experience with implementing Governance Experience with RFPs, assessment and planning (presentations, ppt, Word) Leading full life cycle implementations; building project plans Experience within a PMO organization, strong working experience within SDLC environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Any hands-on experience with tools including Jira, Project, and Visio, Smartsheets, are a plus Eager to jump in and self-drive, problem solving and solution oriented.
