Role: Oracle Database Admin Location: Philadelphia - PA -Hybrid Contract Job Description: Extensive experience in performance tuning Oracle OLTP, and/or OLAP type database applications. Extensive experience in upgrading Oracle, and strong exposure on the database encryption (both in transit and at rest) Extensive knowledge is using OEM tools and performing database replay Oracle data replication experience: Data Guard, Active Data Guard, and Goldengate. Oracle Grid Control - monitoring, configuration and deployment. Integrate/collaborate with application development and support teams on various DBA projects. Oversee activities performed by less experienced DBAs for quality and consistency. Contribute to improving and creating DBA policies, procedures and standards. Design, implement and maintain standardized, scalable and effectively monitored database environment Strong exposure in providing the data architecture, physical database design, replication and data integration.
