Education University degree in IT/engineering/science or equivalent qualification/experience Experience 4 years of relevant experience within the area of Cyber Operations, Pen testing and Red Teaming operational planning and/or area of similar complexity. Key Responsibilities 01 . Ensure timely delivery of projects/products in line with agreed functionality, quality, cost and performance in compliance with company procedures and standards, thereby guaranteeing. operational success of the product. Ensure the delivery of SWIFT products with zero defects. 02 . Define business requirements with the stakeholders and translate those into a project plan with full involvement of the Red Team. Monitor, maintain and report (to team, customers, procurement) on the project status on a continual basis and for the duration of the project 03 . Make sure the project stays on track by pro-actively controlling actual status of cost, schedule, quality and resources versus plans and by taking corrective action -resolving cross-departmental. conflicts 04 . Manage project risks (security, resources, budget, quality) escalating issues and making proposals when appropriate. 05 . Secure optimal resource utilization (staff, infrastructure, budget) and match resource levels to project needs (especially people and infrastructure) 06 . Define the responsibilities of project members in partnership with line management motivating team members and vendors, providing regular feedback, positive recognition, and conducting project appraisal. 07 . Inform, network and interface with all relevant parties on a needs-basis ensuring they are aware of project progress. 08 . Study and define, in cooperation with all parties and stakeholders, the feasibility and timeliness in regard to future commitments. 09 .
