Position: ServiceNow Test Analyst Location: Fully Remote (must work CST schedule) Visa: No H1b Industry: Food & Beverage Job Type: Contract Expectation: Remote JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Create test plans and execute test cases to thoroughly validate developed ServiceNow solutions against agreed-upon business and technical requirements Work with the rest of the team to meet the release testing milestones and deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions on time Register defects and follow the standard defect management process to communicate product issues to project team members and work collaboratively to resolve Maintain the repository of all test cases, suites, and test artifacts of our ServiceNow projects Ensure that the defined QA processes meet auditing requirements Recommend changes to established methods and suggest alternative solutions to improve quality and increase the productivity of our Global Business Solutions (ServiceNow) team Strong knowledge of QA methodologies within the ServiceNow platform Hands-on experience testing custom-developed systems Understands business processes and implementations within ServiceNow applications Understanding of different SDLC methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, and Iterative Understanding of IT concepts (windows platform, integrations, web services, reports) Technical and Professional Requirements Working as a Test Coordinator/Test Lead in an enterprise org Writing test cases from use cases, requirements, and design docs UAT including status reporting and managing assigned tasks Working on concurrent projects Working with a large number of stakeholders MEASURES OF SUCCESS: Create Test cases required for the services developed Execute manual testing and ensure the defects gets reported and fixed Create Automation Test scripts for the test cases identified to be automated. Execute then in non-prod for regression testing scenarios KEY QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES: Experience with ServiceNow Test Management and ADO test Management tool Experience with ServiceNow platform (3+ years) Experience with smoke testing, unit testing, system testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (3+ years) Experience in identifying testing issues and implementing improved processes and resolutions (3+ years) Experience working with Business & third-party representatives to analyze issues (3+ years) Experience making decisions and recommendations on highly technical or complex issues without formal guidelines or precedents and exercises resourcefulness and ingenuity (3+ years) Professional qualification in Test Management (e.g., ISTQB or QAI certification) Certifications Preferred: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM). ITIL v4 Foundation. Differentiating Behavior, Leadership Skills: Proactively research and resolve potential issues related to ServiceNow solution Curiosity and the ability and willingness to figure out something new maybe that they've never seen before Ability to deal with competing priorities while staying productive Strategic thinker focused on business value results that utilize technical solutions Skilled at conflict resolution and problem-solving to achieve win-win outcomes Ability to influence and motivate others using personal rather than positional power An outside-in focus: outstanding end-customer relationship skills Ayush Kumar | iStaffX LLC.
