I will include their summary with the submission. 4 team coordinators (Needed) Job Description: Job Summary The Team Coordinator (TC), Business Testing is responsible for the daily operations of the department to include being a resource for questions, problem solving, and maintain a well-trained team. Will build and maintain strong relationships across Sentara, as well as external relationships. Will create trust and understanding with their team and foster an environment of empowerment and a place where everyone on the team has a voice and can be heard. Will be responsible for performance monitoring, and improvement and weekly one on ones. Delivering coaching, mentoring, and encouraging and assisting the team for further growth and development. Suggesting and offering trainings to develop personal growth, both professionally and personally, understanding the needs for the soft skills as well as Business acumen. The TC will be a strong part of the Leadership team and will be integral to the decision making and planning for the long goals for the Testing Team, along with demonstrating the ability to see the big picture and pivot as needed when changes arise. The TC will work closely with IT on the testing environments, refresh schedule Demonstrate a high degree of expertise in the business requirements that support Governmental & Commercial enrollment polices along with reimbursement policies and methodologies of the organization Manage several competing priorities Develop repeatable test planning and monitoring Create documented test gates for both Project and Maintenance testing Lead the creation and document the testing estimate methodology and develop and train the teams to apply the methodology when evaluating new projects Collaborate with cross functional teams for clear defect reporting and defect management Develop and maintain trust with our business partners, ensuring transparency to results, barriers, or roadblocks Participate in Test Governance and Test process management to align with the Organizations goals, and accelerate business value Continuous review of processes and applications to identify areas of improvement Collaborate with the team and the Snr Technical BAs to develop and sustain automated test options, and test management within the Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE) Create and maintain Vendor relationships to support vendor testing and reporting as needed Demonstrate strong business acumen to lead and influence business direction and Organizational goals Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Self-starter with willingness/ability to work independently Degrees Description Major Experience in Lieu of Edu Associates Degree Y Job Experience Content Item ID Description Required Related 5+ years in strong analytical roles Required 5+ years if relevant experience without degree Required 5+ years experience with QNXT Required 3+ years SDLC or Change Management Process with JIRA, SNOW or other applications Required 3+ years MS SQL server experience Preferred Thanks & Regards: GAURAV VISHWAKARMA IT Recruiter (Sibitalent Corp) Office 101 E.
