Title: Senior Mainframe (z/OS) Systems Programmer Location: Remote MOI: Skype, Duration : 12 Months Need Candidate 6 to 10 months We need a Mainframe Systems Programmer z/OS. This person will have to be familiar with upgrading z/OS, applying maintenance, and upgrading from 2.3 to 2.4. Upgrading third-party products to include CICS. Must work well in a team environment and under stressful circumstances. Should have: Someone who can install Z/OS from scratch Put the order into ShopZ Download it to the mainframe and look at the maintenance pre & post requisites Put it on the Tech LPar and get it ready Installing and making sure all the tpf and smp stuff is ready Upgrading from 2.3 to 2.5.
