Build user documentation, guide and support Rally+Jira governance, Constantly answer user questions, from junior to senior staff, implement dashboards, communicate with vendors involved (e.g. Broadcom) to craft requirements, file defect reports. Deep Expertise in the Rally (SAAS product from vendor Broadcom) including: Coaching of Senior (Managing Director level) employees in the impact on the transformation of their planning process and their Agile approach Technical knowledge of the product capabilities, features, usages and APIs, including but not limited to managing large scale usage of the Rally product with thousands of users, complex dashboards, enterprise workflows, cross enterprise collaboration, governance of customizations, etc. Deep Agile expertise and experience Must master Agile principles and practices with real experience that extends to tooling (Jira and Rally both) Expertise in Jira (product from Vendor Atlassian): must know the details of using Jira and its capabilities and features.
