This role is ideal for a hands-on builder passionate about creating next-generation AI-powered testing platforms not just prompt engineering. You will architect and develop a proprietary Agentic AI Platform that automates the journey from requirements gathering to executable automation scripts. Key Responsibilities: Design and build a multi-agent AI orchestration platform for STLC automation Develop specialized AI agents including: Product Owner Agent Test Lead Agent Automation Engineer Agent Integrate AI platforms with Jira and ALM tools Lead engineering teams through AI-first testing transformation Modernize existing automation frameworks using MCP-compatible ecosystems Required Skills: Agentic AI workflows & multi-agent orchestration (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI) Production-grade LLM integration & RAG frameworks Strong Playwright + TypeScript/JavaScript expertise MCP (Model Context Protocol) & AI-native IDEs like Cursor Jira API & ALM integration experience Preferred Qualifications: Experience building AI tools for user story analysis or static requirement analysis Legacy-to-modern AI testing framework migration experience Ability to define and communicate an AI-driven QA roadmap across the SDLC If you re passionate about redefining Quality Engineering through AI innovation, we d love to connect.
