In addition, you will help shaping your teams technology vision, work with your manager and teams architect to define technical plans and refine solutions architecture. You will lead your team to deliver best-in-class e-commerce software, ensure its quality, scalability and test coverage, identify improvement opportunities and actively push for advancing toward the future state of our Engineering Excellence goals. You will collaborate with your product partners to plan, estimate and refine product requirements, you will manage up and across to communicate your teams progress and impediments, asses risks and dependencies of your teams technology stack. You will serve as a technical guide and mentor for the engineers on your team, actively participate in ensuring transparent and inclusive work environment, help us maintain a safe work culture rooted in equality and acceptance.
