This role requires a strong execution mindset, leadership capability, and the ability to act as a single point of contact (SPOC) across enterprise engagements. Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver end-to-end AEP implementations in enterprise environments Design and implement XDM schemas, RT-CDP, data ingestion pipelines, and activation strategies Act as a self-sufficient SPOC with minimal dependency on external teams Proactively identify project risks and define mitigation strategies early Collaborate closely with business, marketing, and engineering stakeholders Drive delivery excellence with strong ownership and accountability Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Expertise in RT-CDP, XDM, Identity Service, Segmentation, and Data Streams Proven experience independently driving implementations and delivering results Experience working in enterprise-scale environments (Retail domain preferred) Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills Ideal Candidate: Execution-driven leader who leads from the front Strong ownership mindset with end-to-end delivery experience Proactive, self-reliant, and solution-oriented professional Capable of managing complex implementations with minimal external dependency.
