Job Description Job Title: Senior DevOps Engineer Location: McLean, VA or Plano, TX-HYBRID Visa: GC EAD, H4, TN or L2 Client: Freddie Mac LinkedIn Profile Must Haves: Kubernetes and Containerization Technologies (Kubernetes, AWS(ECS/EKS) etc.) at scale, AWS Services EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM cloud formation. This is a customer facing role, so 10/10 communication is required - someone outgoing would be a good fit. Qualifications 8+ years of overall information technology experience with a 2+ year emphasis on integration and delivery of public cloud 3 +years of experience with AWS core services like EC2, S3, Lambda, EMR, IAM cloud formation, Terraform, or similar tools 4 +years of experience with Kubernetes and Containerization Technologies (Kubernetes, AWS(EKS) etc.) at scale Experience with Python, Ansible and shell scripting to automate routine operation tasks. Ability to provide 24x7 operational support on periodic basis and triage complex issues to restore availability Documentation of Engineering Solutions and Designs Bachelors degree in information technology, engineering, computer science, related field or equivalent experience.
