| From: sreekanth, 3ktechnologies [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi ALL, Position: Business Analyst advance Location: Tallahassee, FL(From Day one onsite) Duration: Long Term Description: 1) Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience. 2) A minimum of three (3) years of technical or business work experience. 3) A minimum of five (5) years of experience with rapid prototyping business flows. 4) A minimum of five (5) years of experience with documenting requirements/traceability using a holistic requirements management tool. 5) A minimum of five (5) years of system documentation experience. 6) A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a Senior Digital Business Analyst, project management, or similar role. 7) Strong understanding of the problem space from the business perspective. 8) Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite programs including, but not limited to: Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Word, Project, and Visio. 9) Strong collaboration skills with the ability to lead, direct, and manage more junior staff. 10) Strong written and verbal communication skills and strong analytical skills. 11) Strong documentation skills for creating End-to-End business scenarios for the development of test cases and execution of those test cases. 12) Strong industry relevant product management skills and a strong understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into operational requirements. 13) Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts. 14) Strong knowledge of web applications, client server applications, legacy applications, and database concepts. Strong project management skills including conceptualization, analysis, driving Alignment, planning resources, and managing milestones. 16) Experience with Agile/SCRUM, specifically in Story/Acceptance criteria development. 17) Knowledge of the interdependencies of key business processes, functions, and risks. 18) Experience using TFS to plan and organize tasks, workflows, and reports for the Agile Team members. 19) Extensive knowledge of the business domain, processes, and flow of the projects. 20) Deep technical knowledge and understanding of the business requirements Thanks Sreekanth.
