They are in the process of migrating the organization onto Oracle EBS as their primary ERP. Position Responsibilities: Design complex databases, tables, stored procedures, views, triggers and other database objects. Design and develop ETL (Extract, Transform & Load) solutions. Work closely with application development project teams to ensure optimal application performance. Optimize database performance through several techniques including but not limited to indexing, query optimization and database design. Participate in periodic High Availability / Disaster Recovery tests of critical systems. Proactively monitor database performance and capacity of available resources. Provide day-to-day support for databases and database applications Upgrade and patch DBMSs. Minimum Requirements Bachelors degree in information technology or related field. 8+ years of experience in Database Management / Data Integration. Proficient in Oracle Database Management Systems with the primary focus on Oracle EBS. Proficient in multiple data replication technologies (e.g. DataGuard, CDC, SQL Replication, Attunity). Proficient with Infrastructure technology to include Linux, server, storage and / or Oracle engineered systems (IE Exadata, ZFS). Ability to read a Logical Data Model.
